Many organizations are using Azure DevOps nowadays. This often includes backlog management in Azure Boards, in which many are thrown into the deep and in which case it is configured by the organization we work for. We realize that the use of Azure DevOps Boards is in itself not complicated, however we see opportunities for improved usage that people are not grabbing because they do not know the ins and outs of the tool. This workshop shows participants an overview of Azure Boards and their opportunities. In addition, we address the different Ways of Working teams might have, how we can keep an overview and collaborate effectively.
